Teila and Jojo are from the Sesista Empirical. Regents.
They are ‘cojoined’ OR (to some of us) in the original meaning of being bonded, having made vows, to love each other, for better or worse till death do us part, for eternity; MARRIED.
Let’s refresh our memories of what that means to THEM and their fellow Kets..
Firstly they do not, nor ever would, cheat on each other. They are EQUAL in every sense of the word. RESPECT is not demanded it is GIVEN.
They likewise expect other Kets to NOT question their union. Interfere with it AND it is GALACTIC federa LAW, that they have the right to protect each other.
You don’t want to put that to the test. They have the right to KILL anyone or persons who puts their or their partners life in peril. ALL the Kets KNOW that a Cojoined or ‘Couplets’ couple are WHO they ARE.
Do NOT mess with them.
They do NOT nor will EVER listen to others re their relationship. IT IS THEIRS not other living THEIR lives, being there for the good times, the bad times AND to have and to hold; NO giving up or walking away from the promises they made to each other when things get tough.
As they are from the Sesista Empirical, their families are held in high esteem. By allowing them their ‘union’ they accept that their vows are UNBREAKABLE. Mostly because IF either of them break those vows, they will BOTH be executed. I need to emhasize this. THEY will
if they break their vows, BOTH of them will be EXECUTED.
We are all going to love the two of them as they join the other Kets.
You see, Kets Akademy is NOT just about individual Kets, races, customs and traditions. It is about ALL of them in the mix and YES some Kets will NOT like Teila and Jojo being in their group, Let;s explain ONE reason WHY.
They are NEVER to be put in dangerous situations, such as the Kets GROUP trials , test, strategies, where their lives could be put in danger UNLESS and NOTE this!
They are BOTH doing that TOGETHER!
Did you guess right? That means their assigned GROUP (THEY WILL BE in the SAME group) has to make sure that that ruling is complied with. NO group trial, tests etc can go ahead unless they are TOGETHER. BUT! Lucky for the group they are in, Teila and Jojo are more than aware of this, they are both excellent COMMUNICATORS.
The rest of their ‘group’ will be keeping them up to date with what is expected, schedules, just as they too, will be COMMUNICATING to make sure their GROUP are WINNERS.
Their ‘group’ Kets, are NOT allowed near or in ‘Cojoined’ (Couplets) Kets accommodation. BUT they can meet up at ie an ‘OVIR’ to go over past, present and !
ILLNESS or good reason for NOT attending is NOT penalised. The group can go ahead without them. NEVER with just one of them! That would NEVER happen! Their partner being unwell, ill would NOT, have them, leaving them alone, for ANY reason!
TRUST? They may mix, either of them ALONE WITHOUT the other, re any of the other Kets provided they have BOTH agreed they are within their GROUP OR accepted by them, as ‘ approved by both of them.’ They would NEVER knowingly break that agreement. OTHER Kets would know this too. Enemies, hostile and vindicative Kets do still exist within the Akademy.
JoJo is friends with Soniette and many others including Edram!! Teila with Anaset, Ocasa and Ameryst who he is a fan of re sports. BOTH of them are VERY good GYNASTS. They can do a high rope walk and showcase to perfection! We shall learn more BUT for now! ENJOY their adventures coming up!
Many of the Kets adore them. Beautiful, talented AND loving how LOYAL they are to each other.
Just as they, have made their promises, I have given mine. I wil deliver some unforgettable, FAMILY Sci Fi, without the WOKE nonsense. ENJOY!
